LAST FRIDAY! was Sports Day. went to school around 1130 cause we had english enrichment at 1200. then blahblahblah. met christy while eating orange bowl with huimin :D sports day was okay la. just hate the raining part cuase they made us sing songs :/ found charis at the announcer place thingy aka the viewing gallery. IT'S A REALLY NICE VIEW FROM UP THERE! chatted with grace keoy and charis. HAHAH, the hsiang yeh thing is funny. anyway, charis' mom then invited me for dinner with their family. such nice people (: charis' dad (he remembers my name!) drove us to the western place to eat! it was good food. i had grilled pepper fish :D ooh, i adore the mashed popatoes. Mmm. THANK YOU FOR DINNER, CHARIS' MOM AND DAD.

LAST SATURDAY! my mom went for some concert and my brother and i were home alone :D COOL COOL COOL.

LAST SUNDAY/YESTERDAY! i didn't go for church :\ i feel so bad la. well, nothing much happened.

TODAY! was fine fine fine. made high-fibre muffin for econs. uh, mine tastes nice. cause i dumped a whole load of raisins inside. it's not my fault okay! if i don't, it wouldn't be sweet. cause it is supposed to be TABLE-SUGARLESS. oh well. then had NAPFA 5 items. i love sit ups :D okay then later we had this 'talk' in jiayi's class. we were supposed to sort out all the misunderstandings la. then they suddenly started talking about IP and transferring of schools. SO SAD CAN! i started crying (obviously i don't want them to leave right) yeah so then maria started crying and lots of people cried. then we started talking about choir stuffs and we decided to disband our clique. -i think. but now it's okay la.

discussed about dinner for tomorrow. still not sure where we're gna eat. somewhere poshy poshy. debbie suggested TONY ROMA'S but it's so expensive. so we're still thinking about it.

THEY ANNOUNCED IT TODAY! (during assembly) 'and choir got gold with honours..' and we SCREAMED :D today was another okay day. we had the MILESTONE LEADERSHIP TRAINING! 'twas kinda cool. it rained really heavily today and the fire alarm went off. there's loads of tests tomorrow! got to be guai and study (:

GOLD- WITH HONOURS!

i am so proud of us. GOLD WITH HONOURS. something we would have never dreamt of. we did it, SNChoir! we gave it our all and we DID IT. we beat CEDAR! and IJTP! . and we got the same as RGS and Anderson. :D YAY US! the freaky announcer lady was keeping us in suspence la. 'CHIJ St Nicholas Girls' School. GOLD-' jiayi and i were ohmygawding and it turned out that the announcer person was just pausing. 'WITH HONOURS.' and we SCREAMED. louisa told us not to but we still screamed. we can't help it! it's like a normal reaction for girls. today is TOTALLY the happiest day of my life. i know i know, i've said that A WHOLE LOT of times already but today is the happiest happiest happiest day of my life la. it's a dream come true. we showed our true potential and we set our standards. I AM PROUD TO BE FROM SNCHOIR. anyway, after all the screaming and the hugging, we were each given a packet of milk. CHOCOLATE MILK. hahaha, yeah it's weird. but it's CHOCOLATE. so we went back to school around 7-ish? walked all the way up to the gym toilet to find out that it was locked. :\ so we kinda changed OUTSIDE the toilet. however, nobody saw, okay! ooh and thank you grace for your CHOCOLATE cookie. :D oh and jing, we HAVE to celebrate some day.

made Chicken Kebabs for econs today. thank you kristin for touching/cutting the RAW chicken meat. it tasted oh-so-wonderful. :D went to j8 with my cousin after school. thank you grace's mom for fetching me there. anyway, my cousin brought her scary friend. SHE'S SO SCARY LA. but overall, i think she's nice but SCARY. oh and my cousin said if that girl (okay let's call her CM) were a guy, she would have a crush on him/her. HAH! so funny. and CM walks really, really fast O.O well anyway, tomorrow is Xi Wen's birthday! HAPPY ADVANCED BIRTHDAY, XIWEN! :D

today was an awesomely awesome day. YAY! woke up at 0650. don't know why, but i did. took the MRT all the way to Jurong East station to go Science Centre. we had to reach by 0910. met Yuan Yee on the way. followed her class people (2G) to Science Centre. at the SC, we had two lessons. the first lesson was about baterial transformation -something about glowing bacteria? :D then we had lunch followed by the second lesson, Genes to Protein. those lessons were taught by some guy called Sanjeed whom jingyi mistook for sangee/sandee. it ended around 0310.

jingyi and i then took a taxi to j8 to meet Maria to watch 'Wild Hogs' at 0425. it's a VERY nice movie. it's really really funny. 'I'm okay! i just hurt my face.' too bad i was quite irritated with the person beside me, so i didn't enjoy it as much as i should have. stupid woman laugh until so loud, then ah, will suddenly say, 'OH OH OH! I KNOW! OH MY GOD!' even jingyi, who sat beside me can hear la. pfft. it ended around 0615-ish. maria had to go home.

debbie came and fetched us to RJ for the 'Born To Sing -Vocal Exploits XVII'. Raffles Chorale is like WOW. i love their sound. the guest choir was Raffles Voices, the choir of Raffles Institution. they sang Jaakobin! hah, the guys screamed until so high. and their actions for their second song is, uh, funny. then later they had a PUNCH thing. Perfectly United in a Neuronic, Corny, and hopefully Harmonious way. it's really cool. especially the 'mommy's boy'. i will like never forget that weirdly naesal(?) 'YAY!' :D they then had a ten minutes intermission. up next was FRINGE. just 12 choral singing people. they sang 3 songs. their last song was Duerme Negrito! but i think the melody should be louder. THEN the whole choir came out and sang their last two songs. JANGER! <- ((((: and What a wonderful world. when it ended, some people screamed, 'Encore! Encore!' so they did. they sang a short song, some lullaby thing. oh man, if only i could rewind time. i would really like to watch the PUNCH thing again! AHHHHHHHH. thank you to chermaine :D for it was because you could not make it that i would be able to enjoy such a nice PUNCH thing. YAY FOR YOU!

WHOO. last thursday, we were let off at 3.30pm from choir for the catholic girls to go for mass and church visiting. hah, there was the washing of the feet and the smoke thingy. that's what i did on holy thursday!

Good Friday was, uh, GOOD! :D woke up at 4.30am to go to some cemetary thing to 'visit' my late grandfather. it was kinda cool, burning all the hell notes and stuff. we finished around 7. they drove around to restaurants to find a place to have breakfast. BUT like none of the restaurants were opened yet. we drove around like mad people in the freaking car until we saw that some shop was open. and it was already 8. after eating, we went home and then later at 10, we went for the GF mass. IT LASTED TWO HOURS. so long la! we had to kiss jesus' feet. then around 3, i met thongs at bishan MRT to go j8. she wanted to buy some clip thingys. we shopped around then decided to go AMKHub too! bought some really girly stuff there :D we then took the MRT to yio chu kang followed by a taxi to go for a BBQ at tammei's house. the uncle dropped us at the condo and we walked to her apartment. we rang the bell, her sister opened the door and told us that they were still at cassandra's house. we were like 'WHAT!' then we WALKED to cassandra's house. rang the doorbell and the maid told us that they were at tammei's. WHALAU LA. we had to walk back and thongs called janet. she told us that they were at the clubhouse. played some taboo game. thongs damn pro la. 'Where are giraffes found?' she wanted to say ah meng but then the card said cannot say. but our group was really good. they were like 'zoo!' then she said 'uh a longer word.' 'SINGAPOREZOO!' and we got that right :D later we had the BBQ. it was SWEET. shuxiang came after cheer. had fun with the bikes. and we found linghui's soulmate, AARON. ooh, we also had cocoa trees chocolate fondue. YUM! shuxiang, thongs, janet and i also played with 3 kittens. they are so cute! HAH then my mom fetched me home around 9+. on the way out, shuaxiang, thongs and i camwhored. caught so many unglam pics of me la :/ anyway, that was Friday.

on saturday, i followed my mom to her office cause it was near VCH. there was choir prac there at 1015. it was kinda like a full-dress SYF rehearsal. it was okay la. THE STUPID SHOES HURT MY FEET. ML was wondering why we like no energy one. then she said,'uh okay la. you can take off your shoes.' everybody was like so relieved. we sang better after that. at around 3, my mom took me for LUNCH at Indulgz. it's a really, really porsch restaurant la. and the food is heaven. Mmm :D okay then we went home to change for dinner @ Orchard Hotel. my uncle from england invited us. he booked 4 tables. AND ONE TABLE COSTS $850. like WOW. the food's GOOOOOOOOOOD. a bit too heavy though. in the end the whole thing costed like around $4700( inclusive of the extra wine and drinks ). overall, SATURDAY was one of the best days EVER.

on sunday, we woke up at 7 to go to the cemetary again. BUT this time, it's for my great grandparents and granduncle. you know what, i prefer waking up super early to go to the cemetary because when you go around 8-9, it is EFFING HOT. and we had to walk in cause the police people won't let any cars in. BAH. finished around 12 then we went to some temple near thompson to have lunch. A VEGETARIAN LUNCH. it is actually rather nice, i must say. after eating, we went home. i caught CSI Miami. later, we went for the 1815 Easter Sunday mass. the choir was nice.

TODAY, kristin and i made LONTONG for econs! Mrs Gurung said ours was not bad. NOT BAD LA! and she said that our cleaning of the pots and pans was EXCELLENT. (: heh, but we kinda cheated. the pots and pans won't dry with the tea towels, so we, uh, COPED the kitchen towels. we were not supposed to. oh well. took a taxi home. dropped shuxiang and peiwei at shuxiang's bus stop. ATE MY LONTONG FOR LUNCH. it's a bit too spicy though. the satay rice thing tasted HORRIBLE. i had a bite of it and immediately spit it right out. soon, my cousin came back and i gave her her birthday present. glad she liked it. EXPENSIVE BEAR LA! if she didn't like it, i'd kill her. haha. walked thaddeus' dog today. we walked until serangoon gardens la. i tell you ah, the husky's SO ADORABLE. and the fur is SO NICE. i still can't get her name right though. :\

AHHHHHHHH. although it's only april, i already can't wait for the Malacca trip in June! :D today was okay la. watched two versions of Macbeth. i prefer the BBC one, but they only showed stupid Macbeth's face when he saw the apparitions. I liked the witches' part though, so spooky. The Roman Polanski's version of Macbeth is GROSS. the witches are all NAKED. and it's not even censored. you could here all the 'oh my gosh'es in the room la. then cheryll said out loud, 'Is she naked?' HAH.

after school we had cheer prac. now, there are movements for the cheer. hm :\ then later, natasha and i went to J8. bought present for maria! <3 she's a darling and tomorrow's her birthday. walked around J8. saw some people and found out how they looked like. <- sounds weird eh? oh well. around 5, we went to macs. we talked about how much the people there were more friendly than those in the macs near our school. then later, i went home.

now right, so little people show up at the park already la. only gavin, jack, zongyang, thaddeus, my brother, my cousin and i were there la. then we prank called people! was really fun. my brother imitated an indian's voice and said 'why you keep calling ah? you don't stop i report you to police okay.' then he would use his real voice and say hello, it's me. crazy people do crazy things.

ooh, SYF's in 20 days! we must start working really hard and not be complacent. we will work towards our GwH bit by bit. WE CAN DO IT! :D

I AM STARTING TO LOVE HOME ECONS A WHOLE LOAD MAN. made thosai! i must say, it's kinda nice. i like the potato thing inside but i hate the bread thing outside. it's just EWW. i think we didn't cook the flour mixture properly. and it's not our faults. we didn't have enough time. oh by the way, kristin is my econs partner! she's so good at the cleaning and the washing up part. i just like peeling the potato. :D the stupid onion made me cry :/ but kristin came to the rescue! i switched on the fire and put the stupid mustard seed in, and they POPPED. they were EVERYWHERE. then i realised that i could turn the fire smaller. RAH, me and my blurness. no wonder Mrs Gurung said that most girls tend to leave their commonsense outside the kitchen. guess i'm one of them. NOT GOOD. after school, jing, debbie and i went to AMK library to study geog! we're good girls, know! studied almost everything. didn't study for tomorrow's history though. gna flip through during music. :D i love music
